Lakshmi Bais is a multifaceted professional with a keen eye for design and a passion for shaping young minds. With a background in life sciences and business management, she brings a unique perspective to her mentoring role. Her experience in corporate interiors allows her to guide and inspire others in creating innovative and inspiring spaces. Lakshmi is also committed to fostering growth, innovation, and social responsibility, and she is passionate about helping others develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Lakshmi is actively engaged in personality development initiatives, including conducting a workshops on ‘Effective Communication and Leadership skills’ for Aviation Management students at DAVV University. She participated and organised various seminars focused on social issues, such as ‘Understanding Women’ and ‘Breast Cancer & Pregnancy,’ organized by Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore.

She completed her education from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and post-graduation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, DAVV University, Indore. She has also been a part of several workshops held at Indian Institute of Management, IIM, Indore.
