IFCT accepts payments through the following modes:
- Online payment gateways (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- Cheque or Demand Draft (subject to clearance)
- Cash payments (as permitted under applicable Indian laws)
All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways.
3. Online Payment Authorization
By making a payment on the Website, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The payment information submitted is accurate and complete
- You consent to IFCT or its payment partners processing the transaction
IFCT shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of payment instruments.
4. Fee Structure & Taxes
- All fees displayed on the Website or communicated by IFCT are exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), as specified at the time of payment.
- IFCT reserves the right to revise fees and tax components as per statutory requirements.
- A valid receipt or acknowledgment shall be issued upon successful payment.
5. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful completion of payment, a confirmation message, email, or receipt will be generated.

6. Failed, Delayed, or Duplicate Transactions
IFCT shall not be held responsible for:
- Payment failures due to bank/network issues
- Delays caused by third-party payment gateways
- Duplicate payments made by the user
In case of duplicate or excess payment, IFCT will verify the transaction and initiate a refund, if applicable, as per its Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- All refunds, if any, shall be governed by IFCT’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment mode and banking partner.
- Transaction or gateway charges, if any, may be non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact IFCT directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services or legal action.
- IFCT reserves the right to provide transaction details to banks or authorities for dispute resolution.
9. Data Security
IFCT does not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or passwords. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
10. Limitation of Liability
IFCT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

- Banking errors or delays

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
